We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Customer Service Manager to join a thriving manufacturing company in the heart of Western Sydney! Perfect role for a leader with a strong background in the industrial, manufacturing or construction industry ready to make a change.
The Role:
- Process orders and maintain accurate customer records
- Lead, support and develop the customer service team
- Provide customers with clear information on pricing, availability and product options
- Resolve and manage customer issues and enquiries, including complex issues and escalations
- Work closely with sales and production to ensure great customer satisfaction
About You:
- Previous customer service leadership experience in the construction, industrial or manufacturing industry
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office and other CRM systems
- Availability to work every 2nd Saturday half day
