We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Customer Service Manager to join a thriving manufacturing company in the heart of Western Sydney! Perfect role for a leader with a strong background in the industrial, manufacturing or construction industry ready to make a change.


The Role:

  • Process orders and maintain accurate customer records
  • Lead, support and develop the customer service team
  • Provide customers with clear information on pricing, availability and product options
  • Resolve and manage customer issues and enquiries, including complex issues and escalations
  • Work closely with sales and production to ensure great customer satisfaction


About You:

  • Previous customer service leadership experience in the construction, industrial or manufacturing industry
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office and other CRM systems
  • Availability to work every 2nd Saturday half day
